TERMS OF SALE

All merchandise sold on this website is invoiced and supplied by Slago Clothing (Pty) Ltd.

Slago Clothing (Pty) Ltd is the officially licensed distributor of Valke Rugby Union merchandise and has obtained the necessary authorization to distribute Valke-branded commercial products.

Upon completion of an order, the customer shall receive an order confirmation and invoice. Payment must be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and proof of payment must be emailed to info@slagoclothing.com.

The customer must use the Order Number, Document Number or Customer Reference Number reflected on the invoice as the payment reference when making payment. Slago Clothing (Pty) Ltd shall not be responsible for delays in processing orders where an incorrect or incomplete payment reference has been used.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been received, cleared in the bank account of Slago Clothing (Pty) Ltd, and correctly allocated to the relevant order.

If payment is not received within 72 hours of the order confirmation being issued, the order may be cancelled without further notice.

Orders may be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer or collected from the designated collection point selected during checkout.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct size, colour and quantity are selected when placing an order. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their selections before submitting an order.

All merchandise is produced, branded or decorated to order. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted on correctly supplied goods due to customer preference, incorrect size selection, colour selection or change of mind, except where required by the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.

Should a product be delivered with a manufacturing defect or branding defect, the customer must notify Slago Clothing (Pty) Ltd within 7 days of delivery or collection.

Any approved defective product will be repaired, replaced or refunded at the discretion of Slago Clothing (Pty) Ltd, at no additional cost to the customer.

Defective products may be subject to inspection by the manufacturer or supplier, including Barron Clothing, in accordance with their quality control policies before a replacement or refund is authorized.

All prices displayed on this website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.

Product availability is subject to stock availability from suppliers. Should a product become unavailable after an order has been placed, Slago Clothing (Pty) Ltd will contact the customer to discuss a suitable alternative product, backorder or refund.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability, branding requirements and courier performance.

Ownership of the goods shall remain with Slago Clothing (Pty) Ltd until full payment has been received and cleared.
